Rarezas inéditas de los archivos personales de Ariel Kalma grabados en el legendario Studio 116 del GRM durante los años 70. Nacido en París, Ariel Kalma comenzó a tocar la grabadora y el saxofón cuando era joven. Tras sucesivos estudios de informática, música y arte en París, estuvo influido por la música medieval y el free-jazz al principio, además de la electrónica. Ariel recorrió el mundo con sus actuaciones, y grabó con varias bandas. Después de aprender la respiración circular en el saxo soprano, Ariel podría incluir esas notas interminables en su propia música, configurando también su propio sistema de efectos con Revox (dos magnetófonos de bobina "encadenados" para formar un sistema de retraso prolongado). A mediados de los setenta, Kalma fue contratado como asistente de grabación en los legendarios estudios Groupe de Recherches Musicales (INA GRM), donde grabó algunas de sus composiciones en Studio 116; el mismo laboratorio de músique concrète que dio lugar a las obras maestras de los miembros Luc Ferrari, Bernard Parmegiani ...
