How to buy

SHOPPING PROCESS

1. Find the product you want through the browsers located in the upper side of our page . In the card of each item you will find a "buy" button; clicking it, you will add the product to the shopping cart

2. Once you have selected the desired items, click to Shopping cart - checkout:

-If it´s the first time you use this web to make an order click to continue and fill your personal info (shipping address)

-If you have ordered before through this web, you are a registered customer and you should provide also your password. Choose then the option -Clients with password-, and your personal info will be added automatically.

3.Click on continue: diferent methods of shipment and payment can be chosen.

4. The last page is the confirmation of the invoice trough the button below. You will also receive in your mail box a confirmation that the order has been done. In case the records are out of stock you will be informed of this via e-mail. You can leave those items as pending to be shipped as soon as they are back in stock (for a maximun of one month), if this is the case, the records will be sent in a later order or we will send them (from two units) free of shipment through the regular air mail system.

5.CUSTOMER DATA BASE: After placing a first order, your data will be added in a Geometrik file with the purpose of managing your orders. You have the right to access, modify or cancel your personal data in our data base through menu CLIENT ACCESS located in the lower left of our page, or also contacting: info@rotordiscos.com

SHIPMENT & WAYS OF PAYMENT

1.SHIPMENT:

-REGULAR AIR MAIL: Taking 5-6 working days.

-REGISTERED MAIL: Taking the same time but with the possibility to claim to the post company in case of loss, being a bit more expensive.

2.WAYS OF PAYMENT:

-CREDIT CARD VISA OR MASTERCARD. We accept Visa or Mastercard. In case you choose this method, we won´t charge the purchase until the order is ready to be sent. The data of your credit card that you send through our form are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system.

-PAYPAL. An extended and safe international payment method in internet. To use it, the customer must create a free account in Paypal.

-BANK TRANSFER.  Our bank data:

RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY. If some defect or error is found in the product you can of course return it along with the corresponding invoice and a brief note explaining the causes. We will return the item for another or give you back the money, as preferred, including returning costs (by post).
