Reedición en 2022 de "Black Sea", publicado originalmente en 2008 por el sello Touch y ahora por primera vez en un bonito vinilo doble 10" que incluye además los temas extra que estaban disponibles solo en la versión CD. Fennesz utiliza la guitarra y el ordenador para crear un sonido electrónico brillante y arremolinado de enorme alcance y compleja musicalidad. "Imagina que la guitarra eléctrica se desprende del cliché y de todas sus limitaciones físicas, dando forma a un nuevo y audaz lenguaje musical". - (City Newspaper, EE.UU.). Sus exuberantes y luminosas composiciones son todo menos experimentos informáticos estériles. Parecen grabaciones sensibles y telescópicas de la vida de los insectos de la selva o de los fenómenos atmosféricos naturales, con un naturalismo inherente que impregna cada pieza.
