Los pioneros de la música industrial y terroristas del arte caótico Throbbing Gristle se reunieron en 1975 en Kington Upon Hull, una antigua ciudad industrial entonces en medio de una larga espiral de decadencia. Very Friendly, también conocido como The First Annual Report, es el legendario álbum "perdido" que el cuarteto grabó en 1975 cuando el grupo se transformó a partir de sus comienzos en COUM Transmission.
