Queens Of The Circulating Library se encuentra junto a Time Machines y el Soliloquy For Lilith de Nurse With Wound como una de las cumbres del drone post-industrial de formato largo. Elaborado por el dúo de Thighpaulsandra y John Balance, la pieza de 49 minutos se despliega en ondas cíclicas, arremolinadas, tanto en lo mareal como en lo textural, que canalizan el espíritu del minimalismo levitacional iniciado por La Monte Young. Promocionado como la primera parte de "una serie en constante mutación de composiciones musickales circulares" en su lanzamiento inicial en 2000, el álbum sigue siendo un convincente caso práctico en la capacidad excepcional de Coil para la mutación y los extremos. Esta es la primera reedición oficial de 'Queens' supervisada por Thighpaulsandra, y supone la primera edición en vinilo después de décadas de piratas de sonido lamentable. En vinilo sale en negro y también en edición limitada en azul translúcido.
