Gegenwelt (Mundo paralelo) es el segundo LP de CEL, dúo formado por Feliz Kubin y Zemler. Más evolucionado melódicamente que su debut homónimo de 2020, es un ejemplo aún más explícito del impulso sincrético que impulsó a estos músicos a formar la banda. Su idea básica era explorar la coyuntura entre dos corrientes de sonidos underground alemanes: los ritmos Motorik 4/4 planteados por primera vez por Jaki Liebezeit de Can y Klaus Dinger de Kraftwerk, y los bucles cerebrales impulsados por secuenciadores de los primeros pioneros experimentales del NDW, como der Plan. Tecno pop de vanguardia retro futurista.
